Very friendly staff, room was clean and excellent for our needs. Wish the pool hours started earlier in the morning and that the TV remotes were easier to understand, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay and the location was great!

This is the best place to stay near all the waterfront spots but still in the neighborhoods. Nice pool, ice, washer/dryer, great staff - it is so warm n friendly! Would stay again and again!

Property is qell located in residential area which gave us the opportunity to explore the real Key West apart form adventure sports. Since its holiday season so resort was well decorated and lighted. Sitting area inside propwrry is good and clean.

Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfy. Shower was a great temperature and relaxed pressure. The room itself was loud with it being street-side, but that is expected with all that’s going on in key west. Walking distance to a ton of things and the ride-sharing apps are easily accessible. Would stay here again.

This was a charming hotel set among peaceful gardens. Check-in was seamless, he gave us two $5 discounts to a wonderful bakery/coffee shop nearby, and he walked us around the property to show us where everything is. The location is very convenient to lots of Key West sites, so we walked most everywhere. LOVED the hammock on the balcony overlooking the gardens. Just exactly what we needed for a rejuvenating, relaxing getaway.

Very clean. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. There is a resident cat who may or may not acknowledge you depending on his mood. The grounds are kept beautifully. Tropical trees inside the courtyard were a plus. Within walking distance of everything yet far enough away from the main road to provide a peaceful ambience.

Room was clean, our housekeeper was very nice, and the room stayed nice and cold in the summer heat. Close proximity to Duval Street. Parking is not available, but you can park in some spaces on the street, just takes a few minutes to drive around to find a spot. The pool was a bit too warm and felt like a hot tub. It was also very close to one of the buildings. The overall property is nice but hard to navigate with luggage due to narrow paths and staircases. It was a good stay overall.

We stayed in the Cigar House and really enjoyed the hammocks and being pool-front. The space was large enough for our family of four - the fold-out couch was comfortable for the kids. The property overall was charming and the location was great - a short walk to both Duval St and the harbor but far enough away to be quiet at night.
