"Easy to find with ample parking. Good location for Heathrow and clean with comfortable beds. We stayed in the middle of a June heatwave and our room (362) had faced the sun all afternoon. The window was scorching hot to touch and although blackout curtain had been closed the room was uncomfortably hot. "The Atrium hotel was great, easy to get to and only a few minutes walk to Hotten Cross station with free transfer to Heathrow airport. Great vegetarian pizza restaurant also walking distance from hotel. Only regret we didn't get time to use the pool as we didn't get time, may be on my next stay. "

"Liked price,location OK as transportation to Heathrow conveniently in front of property. I was not advised there were two Hotel Ibises at Heathrow. a kilometer apart. We were dropped off at the wrong Ibis and had to take a city bus to get to the one that held our reservation. I advise Ibis to make this distinction clear in their description."

"Property location was excellent however parking is expensive and not always available. The property was not the cleanest and in desperate need of refurbishment. The sofa was stained and curtain rail fell of three times. Kitchen hasnt got basic utensils. Couldn’t get into the apartment on multiple occasions but customer service were always helpful. "
