"The staff at this hotel is wonderful, as is the hotel, except for two aspects: there is no fitness center and the rooms are quite small with virtually no counter space in the bathrooms. The area around the hotel is lovely and it is conveniently located in the heart of London. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Perfect place for a 4 day stay in London. Very authentic feel without feeling dated. We had a good sized room on the ground floor which was very quiet. All the staff were so courteous and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Location is excellent as Marylebone is a great neighborhood. Also close to marble arch station Highly recommend and would stay here again"

"Beautiful hotel offering a 5* experience in central London. Staff were exceptional and the room was immaculately clean and well-provisioned. The bed was very comfortable, linen and towels of a high quality and we were very comfortable. The air conditioning was not hugely effective and quite loud but this did nothing to spoil our stay."

"Unbelievably nice hotel. The rooms are spacious and newly renovated. The service was above and beyond. We traveled with our baby and without even asking, the hotel left a changing pad, baby bath, baby bath products, etc in our room. The location is incredible. We’ve stayed at many of the top hotels in London and this one is definitely among the best. Can’t wait to visit again. "
