"Super competitive price for such an excellent, central location. Staff were fantastic too - professional and helpful. Decor in room is a little outdated/acquired taste but minor personal taste point. Offered everything else you’d need, bed pretty comfy too. Would definitely recommend for a short stay. "

"Stayed in a superior twin room on the 5th floor, which was clean and comfortable, with a walk-in shower (important because I have mobility issues). It was on the small side but not cramped. The decor seemed to be fairly new and in good shape, of a dark gray neutral sort. Staff on check-in were friendly, quick and helpful. It's a massive hotel that takes huge tour groups, so there were several hordes clumped together in the lobby and in the street area outside; there is also no visible place to sit and relax in the lobby, which is designed to get a lot of people through check-in quickly. I was so glad to find there was express checkout! There are several restaurants in the hotel which I didn't try, and lots of restaurants in the immediate area. Very close to everything in Bloomsbury. There was street noise at night but nothing extreme. "

"Room was a good size and easily fit 3 of us for 1 night. The extra bed requested was small and would only be suitable for a child or anyone under 5ft 8. Lounge access was incredible and the snacks and drinks were amazing. Check in took a long time and it was very busy when we arrived - VIP section for the executive rooms but still took longer than expected to get checked in. Other than that the hotel is in a great location, it’s funky and well maintained and the smell … oh my!! The scent they have throughout the hotel is amazing!!! Loved it. Great stay and would 100% recommend to others, especially the executive rooms with lounge access - great deal!!"
