"The staff were very nice. The room is okay. The hotel isn’t not close to shops or restaurants . You need to pick up your luggage up a stairs to make it to an elevator/lift to get to the upper level to your room."

"Breakfast was in the next-door pub, The Fiddler, which was great No Balcony, no open window, the doonah had mildew in parts of the seams. The cleaner, Sunday, was exceptionally terrific. The staff were very courteous."

"The room was renovated and clean. Appreciated the complimentary water bottles, milk and drink vouchers. Daily cleaning. Aircon works great. All the amenities we needed (minus a microwave) were provided in the room. Ample parking. 5min walk to the train station. At night, you can hear some road noise and music from downstairs, but it's not that loud. Ear plugs are provided. However, the beds were so comfortable that we had a good night's sleep. The beds had wheels and tended to move too much....

We complained and they said they would send a maid but they never did. The tv remote didn’t work but they gave us new batteries instantly. We wanted to open the window because of the dust but it was jammed. They called a repairman immediately and it was fixed . Each level has one washing machine but you can only use the washing machine on...
