"Staff were very friendly room was clean and the carpets in hallways need replacing especially noticeable when your elderly mum was with us, I could see it as a bit of a trip hazard for her. It would have been nice to have an option of a light breakfast instead of a set price option. Coffee was not hotenough. Great location for what we needed and great value."

"The room was renovated and clean. Appreciated the complimentary water bottles, milk and drink vouchers. Daily cleaning. Aircon works great. All the amenities we needed (minus a microwave) were provided in the room. Ample parking. 5min walk to the train station. At night, you can hear some road noise and music from downstairs, but it's not that loud. Ear plugs are provided. However, the beds were so comfortable that we had a good night's sleep. The beds had wheels and tended to move too much....

"Close to Macquarie Park transport more than Macquarie University We were on level 2 and the noise from the road made it really hard to sleep - hotel is on a downhill section of a main road before lights so trucks etc constantly braking. Was clean and fine - just noisy."
