"The reception manager (she wore a dark jacket and I wish I had written down her name) was exceptionally kind and thoughtful. We had a very early departing flight and she made sure that we had a taxi and a morning snack with warm beverages to take for the ride to the airport. She made an effort to connect with us in a warm and congenial way that was above and beyond!"
