"It took us half an hour to find it no 1 Prospect Road is half way down the road and our sat nav kept taking us to no 61 (who are apparently the family if the owner) abd told us they didn't know where the property was. You don't get duvet and white sheets but what you see in the photos which is a shame as the bed is comfortable. On the whole it wasn't a bad stay and the owner is very friendly and helpful"

"Do not trust these guys. This property was advertised as available next day for a one night stay so I paid my booking fee in good faith. When I then requested the offline check in form by texting as instructed the host was rude and replied that:- 1. Reservations needed to be made earlier. 2. One night stays were not allowed 3. They had no availability for my booking 4. Their name was Augustine. 5. To ask Hotels.com for a refund. The host then ignored my requests for further assistance so...

Park Plaza London Riverbank

8/10 Good

"We like the ParkPlaza Riverside, our 2nd visit there, this time we stayed 5 days. We love the location, we had a great room with a view of the Thames and Westminster. Pool and Sauna were excellent, I liked the fact that you can book a swim. Only complaint was housekeeping. On the two days we got our room serviced, the housekeeper took our bathrobes and did not replace them, and when they left coffee pods they left decaf! Got tired of calling to get it rectified. Frustrating enough that we didn’t get the room serviced after that. O/w we like the place."

Hotel Riu Plaza London The Westminster

8/10 Good

"The hotel is located in a good location close to the main sightseeing places. The room was clean and they cleaned it everyday. The staff was very friendly. The only thing I was a bit underwhelmed is the breakfast buffet, It's alot of items but some items didn't taste that good."

President Hotel

8/10 Good

"We arrived at noon, too early for check-in but when we spoke to the concierge he said a room was ready & we could book-in now. But only internal rooms were ready & we took one. in hindsight this was wrong as we overlooked noisy machine equipment which made a constant noise & made sleeping difficult. The bedroom & shower room were both a bit small but nothing we couldn't live with. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice & lots available. Even though the hotel was very busy we were seated quickly. We had a lemonade & a coke in the bar, very small measurers & expensive. Even though we ordered at the bar & took our drinks away ourselves I was amazed to see a service charge added to the bill. Just not worth it. Housekeeping didn't service our room on our 2nd day and it was a bit of a faff to get it sorted. Now we know all this we probably will go back as we know the pitfalls to avoid."
