"Great value stay in central London, you get what you pay for"

"The staff were efficient and friendly. The doormen and the porters were always eager to help and greet you (shoutout to Mohammed the porter for being excellent). The breakfast buffet were good and had a nice variety. The location was excellent and very central to restaurants and shopping, as well as several tube stations. The air conditioning left something to be desired and didn’t go down below 21°C the entire time we were there, despite being set to 19°. The rooms are on the smaller side and the shower was cramped (if you are over 6’, you might find it claustrophobic) The gym was small too, with only a few machines. Overall it met our needs and for the price, the location couldn’t be beat."

"Great location, just a very short walk from Kings Cross station and St Pancras. Room was compact but I was aware of this and it was just for one night before travel. Room was clean and comfortable, shower was good. Staff were very helpful. Easy online check in system and straightforward checking out. I would definitely stay here again."

"This hotel offers an excellent location near major attractions and features incredibly friendly, helpful staff, including a great concierge team. However, the early check-in process was highly frustrating after a long 14-hour flight. Despite paying and being approved for an early arrival at £20 per hour to freshen up, the room was not ready when arriving at noon and would not be available until the standard 3:00 PM check-in time. While the hotel did refund the £60 fee we paid, the breakdown in communication forced a long wait and required checking luggage rather than settling in as planned."
