My wife and I had a wonderful stay, thanks in large part to Julissa, the housekeeping manager, who was incredibly professional, attentive, and kind in handling my wife’s needs. A special thank you as well to Martin Santos for keeping our room clean and so comfortable. The rooms are spacious with a beautiful view, and it was so nice lounging by the pool and hot tub. Food was good too. Overall our stay at Resorts World Catskills was relaxing and enjoyable.

This was a beautiful room and property! Yes the rooms have some wear and tear but still very nice! The casino was nice and Non smoking which was lovely. We thought we had an upgraded room but I guess they are all this nice! Will definitely be back!
