"This hotel does not have LAUNDRY FACILITIES as stated on Hotels.com, if I had known this I wouldn’t have booked it. It does have a laundry service with a per item charge. We were allocated room 118 which the hotel must know has NO Wi-Fi reception and reported it 3 times before having to change rooms as their engineer couldn’t “fix it”. On a plus side reception granted us a generous check out time which was much appreciated."

"The beds are amazing. Disappointed at check-in. My self and another guest just stood there while the 2 co-workers had a conversation. Clearly seeing us standing there. Unwilling to even acknowledge as with a simple, we will be right with you. "

"large facility with good amenities. Location is convenient if you have a car. Property seemed well maintained but 1 of 3 elevators was broken and a second elevator kept losing power and had to make express movement to lobby level on multiple occasions. Hotel staff was pleasant."
