"Our room wasn’t ready at check in time. We had to wait an additional hour in order to check in. The restaraunt located at the hotel was not good. The best thing about this location is it is close to alot of options for food as well as easy access to the tube."

Sagar Singh (Duty Manager): I am immensely grateful to Sagar for his incredible kindness and professional touch. He handled my room allocation with great care and was generous enough to grant a late check out until 16:00, which made a huge difference to my trip. The attention to detail and the willingness to look after guests is what sets this hotel apart. Whether you are visiting for business or leisure, the team ensures you are well taken care of. I have already begun sharing my positive experiences with others, and I will certainly be back. Thank you for making my stay so special."

"The room itself was nice and comfortable, with good amenities and a pleasant overall setup. However, cleanliness was a major issue during my stay. There was dust visible in multiple areas, which made the room feel poorly maintained and not properly cleaned before arrival. On a positive note, the staff were polite and friendly when approached. Unfortunately, despite informing them about the cleanliness concerns, no action was taken to resolve the issue, which was disappointing. Overall, while the room had potential, the lack of proper cleaning and follow-up from staff significantly affected the experience."

"Hotel itself is great and the staff were really friendly on check in. Room are small but comfy and very clean. The breakfast buffet was great too. Only downside is that the bar/restaurant in the hotel was really bad for drinks. They were super slow, forgot our orders and still put on a crazy service charge. Other than that it’s fab! "
