"I stayed for 5 nights in the Studio Suite and absolutely loved my stay to the degree that I would say it’s my favourite hotel of all time. The suite was beautiful with thoughtful touches like fresh flowers, a handwritten note and fruit plate. Also a free mini bar (first items). From the bed to the shower to the kitchenette, everything was perfect. It was also so soundproof! The suite was an amazing deal given the access to the executive lounge! Wow, we had complimentary happy hour cocktails and appetizers daily and a more intimate breakfast some days. The Buffett was also amazing with tons of choices. Staff were so lovely and accommodating including an incredibly generous late check out which I very much appreciated. Outside of the lobby is the walkway to the MRT and 1 Utama mall. Incredibly close and convenient. I can’t wait to come back! My highest recommendation for this amazing hotel!! "

"The public areas of this hotel are impressive — the rooftop pool, bar, lobby and restaurant all have a premium feel that sets expectations high. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. However, the rooms tell a different story. While everything you need is there — good shower pressure, towels, a fully equipped kitchen — the overall look and feel is quite basic and underwhelming. It reminded me more of a budget hotel chain than a Hyatt property. I also requested a high floor but was given one of the lowest, which was disappointing given the building's height and the views on offer. Worth noting too that elevator noise was noticeable from my room despite being some distance from the shaft — you could hear the muted rumble of lifts moving up and down the building. A solid option for the facilities and service, but don't expect the room itself to wow you."

"The room is poorly maintained, wallpaper was pencil drawn by some kids, some papers on the back of the bedside tables, toilet was extremely dirty, with mold on the shower floor and shower glass door. My wife vomit when she first entered the room, the smell was too bad, it feels like it has been not cleaned for a long duration of time. The shower tower is smelly too. Not free bottle drink water, they just offer filtered tap water from toilet basin… i do not risk my life with unmanaged or under-maintained water filter, so i didnt drink that filtered water, i bought myself mineral waters from marts nearby. Choose other hotel, there are pretty of options nearby."
