"I rarely write reviews but I really need to warn others. I am willing to edit this rating if there are concrete improvement plans. Unfortunately it was a very frustrating ordeal to get the key. The manager sent me the contact info of who to alert before I arrived. However, once I arrived, she was not present. I called the manager and he said "someone will be there soon." After waiting some time, a Grab driver delivered us with the key. But he had no instructions of how to enter the building....

"The facilities are nice but the check in process is a hassle. It was about 20 minutes to get my room! Like I messaged them beforehand and they never replied and it was a mess. They’re not prepared to receive you cause they had to go get the key and that alone took like 10 minutes. The elevators do take a while too. Bathroom had a weird smell too."

"Stayed for 2 nights, facilities of the hotel was good, it is a walking distance to KLCC and has a bridge that is connected to pavillion mall. Basically hotel is located to the big branded shops. But overall the hotel provides a good service and hotel room is moderately spacious and well maintained, staffs are friendly and approachable. Will come back to stay here again !"
