"Check in started at 2pm, the front desk seem a bit stressed, our room was only ready at almost 4pm. It’s an old building with a not so “driver friendly” parking lots. The 2 bedroom suites was spacious , the kitchen has all the things you need for cooking. At night the streets here can be heavy traffic, so plan your activities. Overall I think I would give a 7/10. If you are couple looking to get romantic honeymoon feel then you will get disappointed. "

"It was an amazing stay at this property, "Rainbow Suites At Times Square". The location was great. The swimming pool was on level 15th which was very big. There was a big shopping mall in the middle of the hotel. The host was so amiable."

"Bad experienced. The room’s air conditioner was not working. I have been informed the compressor problem by the technician. Luckily i have been given a stand fan. Otherwise i cannot imagine how to sleep overnight. Feeling warm and my kids also sweating. Agent / owner please check everything is ok before renting out the room. Thanks "

"Breakfast is terrible. Chef don't serve an extra piece of bread. No tea or drink if you late to have breakfast. I left a loaf of bread for the cook to serve others if someone asks. The apartment was superb. But WiFi was down for the whole day "
