"We were nicely surprised that the place is much nicer than expected. It's small but liveable & the AC was so cold! Nice! Easy check in & check out. The kitchen had all necessary cutlery, etc, including dishwashing liquid & hand soap. Very much appreciated as not all places have them! Location good - very near to many places to eat. Would stay again given a chance. "

"This is an old, slightly dirty hotel with staff who don't make you feel welcome. The location is great, but it is very difficult to find parking anywhere nearby. The listing on Hotels.com says "Free Parking" under the amenities, but there is none. When I asked for parking at check-in, the staff laughed. I wouldn't stay here again. "

"The receptionist was helpful and polite. Just that there are 2 things that the hotel can try to improve. 1) The room was filled with damp smell so that we need to get a fragrance spray from the receptionist to remove the smell. 2) The carpark lots were insufficient. According to the website, it stated there are enough car park lots but when we reached there, the 4 carparks were occupied. Ended up we need to do double parking."
