"Full of cockcroaches crawling everywhere!! Once you open the toilet bowl, they crawl out. Once you open the fridge, they crawl out. Once you open anything, they crawl out. If you bring back some biscuits/snacks, they crawl to eat it. Feedback given with no refund and shamelessly told us, not all of our rooms are like that, just some of them. Without shame!! "

"I rarely write reviews but I really need to warn others. I am willing to edit this rating if there are concrete improvement plans. Unfortunately it was a very frustrating ordeal to get the key. The manager sent me the contact info of who to alert before I arrived. However, once I arrived, she was not present. I called the manager and he said "someone will be there soon." After waiting some time, a Grab driver delivered us with the key. But he had no instructions of how to enter the building....

"El lugar no es un hotel, es un lugar donde se subarrendan departamentos, por qué vas a encontrar que el personal de recepción solo atenderá a sus respectivos huéspedes. A esto agrega que no es fácil la comunicación y tampoco se esfuerzan por hacerse entender aún cuando tienen un celular en la mano y podrían usar su traductor. En pocas palabras son indiferentes. Otro punto muy importante tanto las toallas como ropa de cama tiene un olor a humedad que es muy desagradable. En cuanto a la ubicación,...

"The apartment was spotless, and everything was in great condition and design, comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth, and they were quick to respond to any questions I had. The location is also ideal, with plenty of restaurants and shops just a short walk away. Overall, I had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in the area."

"The facilities are nice but the check in process is a hassle. It was about 20 minutes to get my room! Like I messaged them beforehand and they never replied and it was a mess. They’re not prepared to receive you cause they had to go get the key and that alone took like 10 minutes. The elevators do take a while too. Bathroom had a weird smell too."
