"The gentleman that runs the hotel is very professional and polite. Always willing to help out. The entrance to the lobby is always open and very inviting. The lighting around the outside of the hotel creates a nice ambiance. The room is set up to be fully functional, window you can open with nice wooden shades, all night ice machine and laundry machine. This is a great place to stay if you are traveling for work or fun; bus stop, convenience store, and restaurants within two blocks on each side. Just a half mile from downtown University Heights (Park Blvd.)."
