For example, no coffee in the rooms (except packets of instant espresso they will deliver if you call), wash cloths, cleaning of your room during your stay unless specifically requested, water spills ALL over the floor from the shower due to the design, and the beds are truly terrible. "I chose this hotel because the pictures and reviews looked great. Unfortunately we had a few instances of spiders (which weren't bad) and a cockroach in our room upon return on the second night. The staff was great was able to assign another room for us. My daughter and I were also looking forward to utilizing the pool, but the walls were rusted and looked damaged. "The property is very well located with restaurants and shops nearby. I found it to be an excellent option in terms of cost-value. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again. On the other hand, I would like Expedia's reservation process to be more explicit regarding accommodation payments, as sometimes the charge is made directly and other times they collect at the hotel, as was the case here, which confuses the customer."

"Cute, older property. If you want new, this isn’t it. It is safe, small, the pool and hot tub are large. The staff are lovely. The beds are firmer which I personally like and sleep so much better on. I would stay again."
