"Upon arrival, we were assigned a room on the seventh floor along with a designated parking spot. When we went to park, the spot was already occupied, so we returned to the front desk to notify them we parked elsewhere, which did not seem to concern the staff. When we reached our room, the door was wide open and it was clear the room had not been cleaned. "It was a great stay especially their cookies but other places were close off and first time there with my husband and we were looking for a family oriented hotel with more activities besides pool which was nice but was looking forward to more festivals within the hotel."

"The check in man was the most polite respectful, courteous I’ve ever had ( now granted I don’t travel often ) but he was very respectful and that is how a front desk person should be ! Great job by him !!! Room was clean and fresh , I check out tomorrow but I’m sure I’ll enjoy my stay ! "

"They now charge $38 for parking and $30 “resort fee”. They no longer give specials to Expedia Gold members. The waterslide and restaurants were closed so not sure what the “resort fee” pays for. We have been coming her for years. This was a sad and disappointing stay. "

"Yes the room felt dirty, having to pay $35/night for parking when I’m already staying on the property is insane, having no door for the bathroom was a huge issue, it’s a sliding door and not a traditional door, there’s a huge crack where you can hear/smell everything into the bedroom"
