"INNside is not a 4-star hotel, maybe 3.5. A 4-star has on site fine dining. The advertised restaurant at the hotel was closed for dinner 3 out of 4 nights we were there. Breakast is an expensive buffet only, which not very accommodating if all you want is toast and a cup of fruit. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is excellent."

"A well presented property with excellent facilities ( just a shame that access to the indoor pool is not available to guests without additional cost). Restaurant staff were excellent and the food was very good ( although at times over seasoned). We had a very enjoyable stay despite poor weather."

"It is located in the best area in Santa Cruz, close to all main sightseeings. The rooms are a little bit outdated. Staff is really nice and attentive."

"Breakfast is good and diverse but gets boring when you stay 7 days because it’s 95% the same ,I think they should change the fruits and vegetables every few days!The rooms are spacious but not much sun and the only things I was missing is a terrace or balcony any space to dry ,specially when coming from the beach and you have no place to dry your swimming costume and towels "

"We had a room with a balcony over looking the pool it was clean the bed was very comfortable but terrible pillows room was a nice size it was nice having a balcony but the noise from the traffic was loud when sitting outside the shower wasn’t great not a lot of pressure and very hard water wish I’d brought my conditioner because the water made my hair really dry pool was lovely but I can’t imagine what it would look like in the summer months because there are not enough lounger’s and the area is not that big and it would have being nice if the water was heated especially in the cooler months like February March and April we didn’t have the breakfast but we did have dinner and the food was delicious and lovely staff all the staff were very nice and friendly "

"The staff were all exceptionally friendly. The room was modern. It would have been good to have some more TV channels in English but there were two news channels. As a vegetarian they adapted food on the menu for me at breakfast but it would have been good if there were some vegetarian/vegan dishes that didn’t need adapting. "

"Hotel is located within a 10 minute walk of the city centre, so great for exploring on foot. Hotel is quiet and opposite a lovely park, rooms are very clean and modern. You are so close to lots breakfast and dinner places so make sure you get out and eat with the locals. Recommend public parking 5mjn walk called Rosalia. Nice lounge area if you want to chill with beer or wine and food. Great hotel and location. "
