"A bit hard to find, on a small back street near the Globe Theater. Spacious, modern room, quiet and peaceful place steps away from Borough Market, which is vibrant and heaving with people. Really enjoyed my stay, but 2 thing to be aware of: There is no phone in the room to contact the front desk, and no clock of any sort. Which I found strange. Also, no fire escape map on the door, like there is in every other lodging I have ever stayed in. I got up at 3 am to find the fire escape myself, for...

"Great location with easy access to several Underground Trains. Wi-Fi worked very well. We had trouble with the TV in the bedroom at it was replaced after we notified the front desk. We were on the 5th floor and did not have trouble with the noise...but it is there for those that are light sleepers. Great to have a kitchen and washer for clothes. Very helpful indeed."

"Loved my stay! Very easy check in on the tablets. Room was cool with the lights. Everything was done on an iPad which was pretty cool. My tv worked but kept glitching so bit annoying. Bed was comfy. Only thing is the blinds being functioned from the iPad mine kept catching and wouldn’t go down after a certain point. Pretty annoying. I did try myself but didn’t want to break anything. It would catch every single time and go slanted. Great stay and location. Would def stay again"

This has been so relentless that I wouldn't contemplate staying in another Leonardo hotel, despite the hotel itself being fine."

"Great location close to a number of tourist attractions. The free breakfast had a very good variety of food so that even picky children could find something that appealed. Air conditioning in our room which was a welcome relief during the heat wave!"
