"A lovely hotel just a stone’s throw from St Paul’s Cathedral, with an excellent selection of places to eat right on the doorstep. The room was small but perfectly normal for London, comfortable and well laid out to maximise the space. Breakfast was excellent, with loads of choice. The entrance was step free and the rooms were accessible. The aircon was excellent especially as London was in the midst of a heatwave! My only minor gripe was the bathroom’s sliding door, which was a bit stiff to open...

"The level of customer service fir this hotel was off the charts! Concierge check in, upgraded room, chilled water station on every floor, no request was too much for the staff, roof top bar was super fun and great bar and cocktails at Lyonasse! Definitely will stay again"

"A bit hard to find, on a small back street near the Globe Theater. Spacious, modern room, quiet and peaceful place steps away from Borough Market, which is vibrant and heaving with people. "Great location with easy access to several Underground Trains. Wi-Fi worked very well. We had trouble with the TV in the bedroom at it was replaced after we notified the front desk. We were on the 5th floor and did not have trouble with the noise...but it is there for those that are light sleepers. Great to have a kitchen and washer for clothes. Very helpful indeed."

"Loved my stay! Very easy check in on the tablets. Room was cool with the lights. Everything was done on an iPad which was pretty cool. My tv worked but kept glitching so bit annoying. Bed was comfy. Only thing is the blinds being functioned from the iPad mine kept catching and wouldn’t go down after a certain point. Pretty annoying. I did try myself but didn’t want to break anything. It would catch every single time and go slanted. Great stay and location. Would def stay again"

"Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit King Bett gebucht das war dann allerdings nur 1,60 Meter breit. Als wir das dann angesprochen haben hiess es die King Betten seien in England kleiner. Das war mir neu. Wir haben dann ein anderes Zimmer bekommen mit zwei Betten. Da habe ich mich schon geärgert weil es auch hieß am Trafalgar Square seien die King Betten schon King Betten weil da so viele Touristen seien. Das Zimmer war dann schön und ruhig aber eine halbe Stunde in die Stadt rein. Rooftopbar sehr schön....
