"This hotel is fabulous!! Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, spacious and modern rooms and a beautiful pool, sauna and gym. It was only a few minutes walk to the tube station and about 15 minutes walk to Battersea Power Plant. The highlight was the 180 degree views of the Thames from our room and how comfortable the bed was. Highly recommend!!"

"Wasn’t told when booking that you have to pre book the pool for 30 minute slots. Was fully booked up. No flexibility. Spa weekend ruined. Cleaning carts in the corridor when checking in. Not a great experience."

If anything, front of house service was a little overbearing. I fully appreciate that staff are striving to deliver the most attentive service, but at times it felt more intrusive rather than helpful.
