"The property was in a perfect location which was walking distance to everywhere. The train station was 10 minutes walk and the terminal for catching the boat for the Cinque Terre was also 10 minutes walk. The room was comfortable, very clean and had lots of storage and furnished with towels and toiletries and a hairdryer. "Host and Hostess were excellent and their rooms are very nice. It is a 25 minute walk to the Cinque Terre train. The breakfast options are good and you can get fresh eggs made right there. Outdoor spaces on the property are limited and not too cozy so expect to spend more time in your room while on the property. Overall a great place to stay. "

"Een goede en schone kamer in het centrum van La Spezia, op loopafstand van het station. De kamers liggen op de 3e verdieping en er is een heel klein liftje (2 personen of 1 persoon met bagage) waarvoor je eerst een trap op moet. Voor ons was dat geen probleem, maar ben je slechter ter been, dan is deze leuke locatie helaas niet geschikt. Er was geen ontbijt, maar wel een koelkastje en een heerlijke bakkerij aan de overkant. De eigenaar neemt voor aankomst contact op via Whats app en geeft dan...

"This is an amazing property located slap bang in the centre of La Spezia old town with restaurants, bars, cafés and independent shops on the doorstep. We had the duplex suite with a large lounge-diner area and bathroom downstairs, then a bedroom with massive bath tub and a further bathroom upstairs.
