Great hospitality by the woman in the reception. Helped us (me and 13y.o son) with everything from restaurang advises to football game tickets. Would have been 11 out of 10 if it was possible. Very good location. Near to trainstation, restaurants, marina, football stadium etc.

Good location, however, right on the pedestrian mall which is noisy. A bit difficult to find from the train station, one way requires multiple steps. Was there for a few days and never saw the patio or shared kitchen area- wasn't even informed where it was...... Not really a hotel...set up a bit strange.

Beautiful La Spezia

20 steps from the front door you can go left or right for blocks and there are restaurants, bars, clothin,,shops shoe stores, pharmacies, corner stores everywhere. Its a 10min mostly flat walk from the train station. Another 10 min walk the other way again flat is the harbour and its busy, tour boats, sailboats, mega yachts, cruise ships, freighters, navy ships. And its the gateway to Cinque Terre a beautiful National Park
