"Nice renovated and modern B&B. Room was ok. Bed stands were a little dirty. Breakfast was small but sufficient. We had the room towards the hill side of the house so we only had a side window with no view which felt a little like in a prison due to very little light coming in. The B&B has some nice possibility to sit outside but due to horrible mosquitos it was not possible to use this. Also this location is located around 2km outside of the city. "Great for our 3 night stay. The top floor apartment had everything we needed. Double bed. Sofa bed, bathroom with large shower, cooking facilities a terrace and a view between apartments of the marina. For drivers parking was right outside. For non drivers bus service every 30 minutes from La Spezia/Portovenere. Restaurants are so close. Host waa excellent phoning to make sure we weren’t lost on our arrival by bus and providing lots of details on how to get to places. "
