"I don't write these reviews, but spent 2 weeks there and it was not worth the money! We found a roach in our room, the entrance of the hotel always smelled like sewer and the fan was broken in our bathroom, nothing ever dried. This wasn't as important, but still an issue: we had hundreds of TV stations, but only 2 English speaking stations(the TV was not a smart TV and had no access to the internet or apps to watch anything else). Great City, but there are better places to stay."

"I had called the reception desk to ask for some ice, as I was really not feeling good and needed some cold water to cool myself down, as I think I was in the heat for too long. When I called the reception desk, I was told by Monia, to call up to the bar and that they would send me some ice. I called up to the bar and whoever answered the phone said they could not bring me any ice as it was too busy, and asked me if I could come up to the bar to get it. I explained that I wasn't feeling well and...

"The owner of this property is outstanding. He goes the extra mile for his customers. The room had everything we needed and he restocked our water daily. A bottle of wine was included as well.
