"The Hotel is well and conveniently located in the Hollywood Beach downtown area. The staff were very courteous, professional and attentive. The rooms are very good but need to focus more on the cleanliness. The furniture is a little run down and aged. The mattress was very comfortable but in the soft side not medium or firmly.
