"I must say, I was pleasantly surprised of how the young man at the reception desk handled my check in, I’m an older man and needed a first floor room, he explained he didn’t have any available in the first floor but did accommodate me on the second floor very near the elevator and near where my car would be parked. I was traveling with my little dog and he explain the $40 deposit but was refunded to me promptly after they checked the room for damages. I wish all these places would work as hard...

"When we arrived to the property there was a sign on the door that said they had limited availability due to being under construction. However the area felt unsafe the manager did state they had no rooms available. That it was a system error on behalf Expedia she did not understand why they allowed me to book. She then gave me a letter stating I canceled the room. Instead of stating why we did not stay there the letter stated other wise. Just crossing my fingers I don’t get charged by the...
