"It's a great place to stay. The location is fantastic: near the mall, near the bus stop, near the beach. And the pool was really nice also, the beds were comfortable, we really enjoyed it. The only negative was the tiny cockroaches we found every day in our room."

"Excellent apartment, super clean & very spacious. Didn’t get to enjoy as much time as would have loved to there. Hope to come back!"

"The location was perfect. The guy at reception was great. Wifi was bad. The bed and pillows needed updating. It was hard and uncomfortable. Could be a great place if it had a makeover and the grounds had a bit of a tidy up. The other villas might’ve been different. The pool area and surrounds looked nice. Would’ve expected a little more for the price. They need to put a folder in the place that gives you basic information like you would get anywhere else."

"We really love this property- we live just north of Gold Coast and regularly go away for a quick break loved Avani Will definitely go back the beach hotel is great too for a nice lunch or dinner all the staff at both places were very professional especially the young lady on reception sorry can’t remember name thank you for an enjoyable stay "

"My family and I had an amazing time. Our room was perfect with a lovely view of the beach. Soft beds and clean bathrooms. Great kitchen and utensils. We loved the gym and outdoor spa and pool. We stayed across the road from Pacific Fair which was very convenient. We would certainly come back. Thank you for the memories. "

"Great spot, gorgeous views! This is a great size for a family of 4, with all amenities, including an ensuite for the master bedroom. The only downside is that it could have been little cleaner. The floors in the bathrooms didn't seem to be cleaned very well. Also, we tried to do a vacuum of the floor when we were packing up and the vacuum didn't work very well. Otherwise, it was lovely! Would stay again!"
