Room very clean. The staff very helpful & friendly, & the setting & location fantastic. Very quiet, lovely canal more the size of a lake, with many black swans, ducks etc, lovely gardens & swimming pool. Supermarket just around the corner. A ledge for soap & shampoo in the shower was the only thing we would add.

When we arrived to check in, someone was parked in the spot allocated to us. When we questioned this, we were told just to park next to them, which was a residents only park. The TV had no signal so we couldn’t watch anything. We tried to hook up the wifi a number of times to watch Netflix and the wifi information wouldn’t work. They left the tiniest tube of shower gel and shampoo for two people for two nights. I used it up in my first shower. They also supplied 1 tiny cake of soap. Went to go and see reception to ask about wifi and for some more shower gel but it was closed. On a positive, it is close to the local shopping centre which is just a small walk across the road. The pool looked very inviting as well.

It's a great place to stay. The location is fantastic: near the mall, near the bus stop, near the beach. And the pool was really nice also, the beds were comfortable, we really enjoyed it. The only negative was the tiny cockroaches we found every day in our room.

The unit has a bungalow feel to it. Little kitchen so could cook. Short walking distance to several grocery stores and shopping mall which really helped. Close to bus route to take to the beach. A bit of a tropical feel around the area with the plants and flowers. I would stay there again.

Great location near waterway canals. TV in room needs updating to smart tv. TV was quite small. We stayed in upstairs unit but for those finding steps difficult should ask for ground floor. The bed was comfortable. Only a small bar fridge in our room. The freezer section was completely full of ice and fridge badly needed defrosting. Overall our 2 night stay was good. Nice swimming pool at location for those that stay in warmer months.
