"Arwen was incredibly helpful. Extremely warm and inviting solving some issues i had through booking with Expedia. The rooms do need water bottles or some way of filling the keurig which is offered in the room. Also the outside elevator needs to say ROOF TOP ONLY, that was quite confusing. Vending machines or other food options 24 hours would be nice seeing that after getting out of a late night game and having zero restaraunts around to eat made it a little awkward to try and find food. "very nice, neat rooms with great AC and shower. convenient location and not too noisy despite being so close to the nightlife. parking's a little funky but overall also very convenient! staff were on top of everything and the facilities overall seemed very clean; only complaint is that the vending machine did not work whatsoever. however, great little place in walking distance of so much stuff! loved it, would absolutely stay again!"

"Location was great, very close to Union Square and to Moscone Center. Rooms were cozy, but really excellent and they had everything you would need. Very comfortable bed, fast wifi, clean room, fluffy towels. The ambiance was very cool. Staff was outstanding, extremely helpful, in particular Rebeka at the front desk. Highly recommended."

We wanted to change rooms because we had very inappropriate noisy neighbors, that can in for one night just to party. There were clearly open unused room but we were told they were booked and couldn't change room. Our two children couldn't sleep with the noise and gun shots on the streets outside. Rooms outdated. No fridge or...
