"The Leonardo hotel in Southampton is decent value for money. The room is spacious, and the staff simply amazing. Little if any noise gets in from outside so you’ll have a great night sleep, and the breakfast is very good for this price bracket. However the location is a bit… weird. But it was a king superior which while the room was a good space when you opened the window we looked directly at a restaurant vent (assume) and the other window beside it was a bird crap covered structure that had about t years of dirt on it. I'm not asking for a view of the palace when the word superior is used in the description but that was the most disheartening experience of a room I've ever had. It should be a closet. "

"This property is newly funished, but needs a little more attention. Its missing a few items, that you would expect in a hotel room. Such as a TV for this room. The kitchenette is fine to wash up plates after a takeaway, but could do with a tea towel. Coffee and tea making facilities are great. The bathroom needs a mirror, bath mat and some shower gel for guests staying for a short amount of time. The floor is actually tiled so you may want to bring other indoor shoes.
