"Fantastic hotel, super clean, friendly staff. Rooms very spacious and with every amenity you could ask for, including a decent hair dryer! Breakfasts caters for everyone and replenished quickly. All staff very accommodating and great lobby bar for the evening for a drink & snack after the parks. Family of 5 with kids 7, 11 & 15 - something for everyone. Already looking to book for next year. 😊"

"The hotel is amazing and we have stayed here previously, but the bar staff were very few on this occasion. We waited a considerable time before being served, which we thought might be because we had been in the terrace bar earlier in the day. However, later that evening, we sat in the main bar and waited around 15 minutes; frustrated at staff not seeming to want to even approach us we decided to leave and go to our room. "
