"Room was extremely clean and well maintained. Plenty of towels. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and soft. We had partial view of the strip, fountains and great view of the Sphere on the 37th floor. Highly recommend this property."

"Everything is great except the outdoor pool attendants. We were asking for towels, and they were somehow annoyed that we are asking for few towels. They said towels are still in the dryer, so they only give one towel per person. I told them my kids want to get out of the pool and need towels, but they refused to give enough towels and said they can’t do anything about it. We end up not having towels and we air dried ourselves."

"Upon arrival we were pleasantly directed by friendly and helpful lady in lobby to Front Desk. After a very short wait in line (we arrived earlier than expected) the Front Desk lady happily and quickly checked us in. Next up was a desk by the elevators to rooms for an inquiry if we were interested in listening to a presentation to join their hotel program. We declined and they made no big deal about.
