The Spa Hotel

"Attentive staff, a beautiful room, and ideally situated for The Pantiles, with the beautiful park right on the doorstep. Even though itโs close to the road, it felt so quiet and safe. We loved our stay here, thank you! The only negative was breakfast on our last morning. We were charged for espresso drinks when what we received was actually filter coffee, which is included in the breakfast price. Having enjoyed some really good breakfasts in town that were also less expensive, we felt the hotel breakfast fell a little short in comparison."

"Positives: Parking was fine. Garage and car wash next door was cheap. Great local pub in Boughton up the road for excellent other food options if willing to have few mins drive. Negatives: Got placed into a disabled room and the shower curtain was not sufficient to prevent a spill running around the walls yo the doorway. The room fan - although a good power was noisy. (Thought, the rooms had air con but it was only the communal area - my mistake :(. Poor strength Wifi in my room and kept having to log back in."

"Lovely hotel by the beach. Very friendly staff. We were unexpectedly given a room upgrade which was lovely. The room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. We used the pool and Spa facilities which we really enjoyed. Would definitely recommend the hotel and we would certainly stay again ๐"

"Stayed here to break up the journey driving from France to Manchester and chose it largely based on price so I wasn't expecting much and therefore was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very clean, rooms were a good size, beds really comfy and staff welcoming and professional. Kids loved the fishtanks, a great touch. Breakfast was really busy at 9am but the staff worked hard. Cereal, toast, coffee and a full English were all had. My only criticisms are that the room was a bit dated and the bathroom needs a facelift. The shower was powerful enough but the showerhead was fixed and low (I'm only 6ft) so a bit awkward. The tv is small and far away from the bed but that's just me being picky. If I'm in the area again I'll definitely stay here."

"A very nice hotel with some very nice touches such as nice soaps, towels and an excellent cooked to order breakfast. Didnโt use the bar but it had a nice selection of beers in a comfortable environment. Rooms appear to be slightly dated and no air conditioning but a fan is provided, overall an enjoyable comfortable stay and I recommend it."
