"Although the room interior and amenities is superb, some supplies are lacking like no hair dryer, no spare toilet papers and the provided shower gel in the bathroom seems like it was diluted. Also lack of overnight staff especially housekeeping. Overall, this hotel is very clean and has very courteous staff. "

"Good place to stay. Although the building is old, the room is clean. It is a no frills hotel but definitely good value for the money. The staff are really helpful and friendly. It is walking distance to SM North EDSA and incredibly conveniently located to everything."

"We liked Cocoon Boutique Hotel because of the friendly, kind and accommodating staffs. The location is also close to banks, good restaurants, coffee and bake shops.
