"The staff was excellent"

"There was a party upstairs and people were blasting their music. I called LIVN for help, the woman who answered seemed unsure of how to handle the situation. She told me she had no way of contacting the customer (???) I had a flight early the next morning, was awake through most of the night listening to the upstairs neighbors music and loud thumping to what must have been several people above my head."

"I stayed here for four nights while visiting my dad at Rush Hospital. It was the perfect location and everything was great about it."

"Location was convenient. Located in a safe area where everything was walkable or close to subway entrance. Good local restaurants and shopping."

"I loved this place it was in a great location and the property itself was beautiful and very well maintained. Parking was an issue but I found a spot not even half a mile down the road so overall wasn't a big issue. If I'm ever back in Chicago I would definitely stay here again."
