"When we arrived, it was early and needed to wait for a room to come available. Not an issue and many others were waiting in the lobby for the same reason. The problem came when I was still waiting for a room to come available when new people were coming in and the staff was checking them into rooms. When I heard him do it 3 times in a row, I walked up to ask if I could also please have a room and he told me nothing was available? And then immediately gave someone else a room. "Stayed here to attend a concert at United Center. We were hoping we’d feel safe enough to walk and we were. So many people at the hotel were also attending the same show, we all walked back home in a big group! Room was large, breakfast was above the standard fare, service from staff very friendly and accommodating, and this area of town was not riddled with traffic. If I ever go to another event at UC again I’ll definitely stay here!"
