"The rooms were extremely small and dated. It is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get a copy of your receipt from this hotel. They insist that you can get it from the Hilton Honors app, but you cannot. Then, when you call, no one picks up and they direct you to an AI assistant - OR you are on hold forever. I have been trying to get this simple thing for three days now. When you check out - make sure you get a paper copy."

"Did a turn and burn stay here (checked in Saturday and checked out Monday) and had a pleasant visit. The front desk customer service was A+. My only 2 feedback are: the valet attendant should be more attentive. I waited 10 mins while the valet attendant was chatting away with a co-worker and then started laughing with I assume a customer.
