"Our hotel room was very tight. We had to call the maintenance guy twice to fix our toilet for a three night stay. The hotel did not have many washcloths. We had to request for washcloths two times, two separate days until we were told that the hotel has an issue with keeping washcloths stocked and we would just have to call the operator for more. The line for check-in was long at all times so be prepared to wait when you arrive. It is a very busy hotel. "

"This hotel was very good as far as the proximity to the place where you could walk to like TIMESQUARE and CENTRAL PARK, the rooms were mid to the price but excellent to the proximity. would definitely stay here again, plan on returning with my kids in the summer."

"Perfect location for Carnegie Hall and other Broadway shows in the area. Liked that it was renovated. Staff was helpful and friendly. Our only issue was the elevators; even though there are 3 sometimes it could be a slow process with hotel employees also using it. I would stay here again."
