"Was not happy when we got into our room as I booked for 2 double beds and had only one bed. I was able to change rooms the next day but we had to pack up and check out and wait until after 4 pm to check back in again. It is very dated. They are renovating so you have to be sure and get an updated room with no mildew in the bathroom. It is very close to a lot of the excursions we wanted to see and the Hop on, Hop off bus. The windows were very dirty so I tried to clean a small area so we could see clearly. All in all it was a fair hotel to stay in."

"Outdated hotel, where they just try to make money of everything. The restaurant doesn't exist,just bar with few options like pizza and burger. I can't believe they have four stars. They pretend to offer loyalty but option are reduced to nothing.That is after spending 3k in the place ."

"assistance to family with disabled child is less.. microwave is not available. they said its for safety but they gave me a kettle instead . I needed a microwave because my autistic kids still drink milk a warm one so i really need it. But kettle works. elevator needs fixing. they need extra .. there's a lot of people checking in so i think its time to add more .. they said my room is city view turns out just a windor facing wall or the the building. anyway accessibility is the most important to me .. including the microwave."

"Staff was surly. Not outright rude, but definitely not friendly, and they were a bit impatient. The hotel was okay but omg it smelled. There is almost a sewage smell all over and it’s covered up with air fresheners or something. Maybe from the marshes nearby? Room was pretty large and clean. But the smell killed it for me."
