Very easy access, including restaurants and convenience stores within the hotel and in the surrounding neighborhood. What I like most is that you can take the Airport Limousine Bus from Narita Airport, and it stops right in front of the hotel lobby!"

"Right by the train station and near ginza shopping street!! Across the street from a Don Quixote. Convenient, safe, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and amazing food options around. The rooms were very nice, some of the best I’ve seen. "

It’s right by Shinjuku, so we can easily walk to shops, restaurants, and nightlife, but it’s not smack in the middle of the noise and chaos. It’s the perfect balance. Plus, having the limousine bus stop right at the hotel makes getting to and from Haneda Airport super easy and stress-free. But honestly, what keeps bringing us back is the people. The Premier Lounge staff are the absolute best. Every time we walk in—whether for afternoon tea or evening cocktails—we’re greeted with the warmest smiles. They make us feel like family, not just hotel guests. That kind of welcome is rare, and we treasure it every single time. Breakfast at Jurin and Glass Court has also become part of our routine.
