"We loved the onsen experience. We had never done it before and they had a “lesson” for onsen etiquette which was helpful. It was very clean and relaxing. It was nice to have a free ice cream every day after bathing at the onsen, and fun to walk around the property in our hotel robes. The only issue we had was 2 little kids running around and talking loudly in the onsen bath area which was disruptive, but not the hotel’s fault. "

"Very clean hotel, the only thing I didn't like was that the pool was closed. Sign said it would open on 19 July-September. I was there from 5-9 July and it was very hot in Tokyo. "We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Communication started right at the beginning. The room was Amazing with a private onsen on the balcony and the room was big enough for 3 people. Breakfast and dinner was included and I never seen a presentation like that. Staff was amazing and super friendly. Great place to stay and would do it again any time! "
