By day it's just another narrow alleyway common in Tokyo, but at night the street turns into a mini nightlife area for the salarymen of Tokyo. With numerous tiny #bar lining up, the nickname comes from the fact in the past so many drunk salarymen doing their "bussiness" there because there's no toilet anywhere in this alleyway. Today, regulation has been set in the area so it is a lot cleaner than before. The alleyway is very narrow and can only fit at maximum 2 people at a time so be mindful of your surrounding when visiting especially when there's many drunk people walking by from the bars. The bars are also very tiny and can only fit less than 10 people at a time. If you are not claustrophobic give them a try, it's a special experience on its own :)

Room was immaculate, comfy, shower and tub was great. There was soooo many amenities, beautiful l’occitane body wash, conditioner shampoo and skin care products. The hair dryer from refa was pretty great. The tea time, bar time, breakfast time, lounge time was great. Overall had a great stay and will come back again.

We stayed on the premier floors. The 45th floor amenities were terrific and the view of the light show at the Metropolitan Government Building was fantastic. The concierge recommended and booked lovely restaurants for us. The Shinjuku location was fun and the hotel was near the train/subway station.

The room was very large by Japanese standards, and had every amenity one could need. My only complaint was the pillows were very hard. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the views from the top restaurant were gorgeous. Would happily stay here again!

Excellent hotel room, the premier grand was definitely worth the extra £. The room was spacious, staff was polite and most of them accommodated English speakers very well. The room cleaning service was incredible, felt like we were in a fresh room everyday. Awesome service throughout as well. Highly recommended

Impeccable service all around. The front desk, lounge and bell desk staff are all very courteous and helpful, and cleaning crew did an excellent job with our room. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay here and will definitely come back again next time we are in Tokyo.

Keio was the best hotel we stayed at. The room was large and comfortable. The L’Occitane skin care samples were very nice. The evening Lounge appetizers and drinks was great. Would not recommend making a reservation for the Lounge breakfast because it’s not as good as the regular breakfast buffet downstairs. The breakfast buffet was the best one we experienced during our stay in Japan. I should have booked this hotel for our last days in Japan.
