"Transparency, everything in Japan is small, but the views were amazing, the staff was very helpful, the building was very nice and clean--located in a good area about 25 minutes from most favorable activities(museum, mall, etc). I recommend getting the breakfast plan when you stay here. The food selection was amazing and tasty. This hotel was my favorite part of the trip!!! Plus, they provided little things to keep you refreshed during your stay for free."

"comfortable stay. we were worried about the rooms being old and musty but no such experience. it was well maintained for the rooms we were in. shuttle was a nice feature and close proximity to narita made it easy for shuttle to city or next flight out easy in the morning or late night. "
