Will hold your luggage after checkout if needed so don't need to store in lockers at station if not leaving right away. Clean rooms. Japanese staff friendly and mostly helpful. Bathroom and tables in lobby to sit. Open design/interesting design inside. Convenience store right across from street. Cons: Lobby doesn't allow any food or drink and no place to eat snacks at a table. Smallish...

"comfortable stay. we were worried about the rooms being old and musty but no such experience. it was well maintained for the rooms we were in. shuttle was a nice feature and close proximity to narita made it easy for shuttle to city or next flight out easy in the morning or late night. "
