The bathroom/shower layout was very good for a group of 4, one could shower while another could use the toilette. It was comfortable sleeping on the beds and the AC worked well. The location is a 15 minute walk from 4 train lines which was useful but also you had to walk 15 minutes to the nearest one. "

Double bed a bit small if 2 big adults to share. Sensor lights at corridor and sink area [facing bedroom] can very annoying as they could go on and off. "Great location and clean property. The property is a bit older than the photos. Lots of attractions and amenities within walking distance. The check in and check out process is very easy. It is a steep uphill walk from Shinagawa station so it is a bit challenging with a lot of luggage but it’s doable."
