"The property was so old. They charged my Mastercard for a 50 dollar deposit as well Cockroach in bathtub. Outside of fridge so dirty with rust.No extra roll of toilet paper for bathroom Bathroom door is separating-a terrible stay for the money. I don’t recommend this place at all"

"The outside looked ran down. The inside smelled clean but there was over an inch of dust on fridge and wall hangings. Mirrors was filthy. Toilet was not secured to floor. Touched the nightstand and it fell off wall. Sheets had stains. Took a shower and walked across floor and our feet were filthy from the floor. Pool was dirty and there were no chairs around it. This was unacceptable after paying almost 300.00 for one night."

"Overall, it was a nice trip. Voyagers dining experience was excellent. However, the one major downside to our trip was maintaining the cleanliness of our room. We had multiple days of our stay in which the housekeeping team skipped over our room completely. We routinely ran out of towels, had excess trash in the room receptacles and slept on soiled bedding from previous nights. "The room was good. The floor was dirty when we went in but they came and cleaned it for me the next day. They need more hooks to hang towels, swimsuits etc. The breakfast was really good! The pool needs maintenance. A lot of loose concrete and missing concrete in and around the pool. Nice views though but very limited seating. Elevators were quick. There were lots of great places walkable to eat and shop. I would stay again."

"The cost of the stay was higher than normal. The room's aesthetics were okay: a modest shower and bathroom just off the bed, separated only by French-style doors. The fridge, microwave, and balcony weren't as appealing as in the advertisement photos.
