DO NOT STAY HERE! THIS PLACE TOOK MY MONEY AND REFUSED TO REFUND ME! After a long day of traveling, when I finally got to this dump, I walked in to the lobby area with the front desk guy Indian guy shouting and threatening a customer, telling her he was going to call the police on her. She was complaining of getting a dirty room.... I quietly minded my business. I was finally given a room on the 3rd floor, but no elevators, had to climb stairs. It was almost 100 degrees outside that day in Pensacola. When I finally got to the room, I couldn't see through the window because it was all fogged up. I open the room up and entered into the pits of hell. The room was sweltering hot! The bathroom mirror was fogged up as well. I walked towards the bathroom because I had to go bad and had been holding it for hours. Well, the inside of the toilet was black and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting! Clearly, no one cleaned up this place. The beds looks slept on and the bedding was amuck. The floor was dirty with trash. I was not a happy camper. Fast forward, I new for the price I paid this place would have faults so I brought my own cleaning supplies and a mini dust buster! Well, I walked over to the a/c unit to turn on the air conditioning when the knob came completely off! The AC unit was clearly broken and did not work! I went back down to request a new room, but was refused by the man at the front desk. They took my money for the entire stay. Expedia has done nothing!

Perfect location for military family.

Right outside the Corry Station gate, walking distance for my young son & I to visit our Sailor! Also the lowest price in the area, making our visit affordable. Front desk staff very accommodating and friendly.

The room was in terrible shape. This was a non-smoking room as well. Took pictures to substantiate comments. The carpet by door was badly frayed. There was what appeared to be mold all over front of fridge. The microwave had no plate inside. There was profanity written on inside of door. The tub filled up above my ankles when showering due to extremely slow drainage. There was pieces of paper and a clip behind a chair in the room. The light bulb on lamp was blown. There was no smoke detector in room. The toilet seat was not secured. We have seen low budget motels in better shape than this property. It truly does not reflect The Choice Hotel chain. The room cost did not reflect the Quality we had anticipated not to mention Covid cleanliness.

i'm moving to pensacola, so i needed a place to stay till i could purchase a home. they put me in a room that had mold, ceiling was leaking and pieces of it was falling down. i complained to manager to move me to another room. it was 6 days later before they moved me. front desk was polite but at times at night no one was there for hours.

Room was really dirty and trash from previous guest was left in there. Sand piled in corners of bathroom. Towels had mascara on them. Bed blankets had cigarette burn holes and the pillows did as well. Overall dirty place!

Location ideal

Other than walking distance to Corry Station this hotel offered very little. Eric was friendly and made sure I was taken care of. Room was dirty. Building was run down. Prositutes and drug deals nightly. 20 minutes from the beach and airport. For what i paid i would have expected more.

Room next to us was very “busy” people coming & going all hours of the night. Also, at 5am someone was banging on their door. It was fine just to get some sleep for the night but I wouldn’t stay any longer than that.

I made the reservation June 13th to stay one night on June 30th. The hotel charged my card the full amount of the stay when I made the reservation. I cancelled the reservation on June 23rd and asked for a refund. I’ve called twice since then, and they have yet to issue a refund, saying they cannot find my name. I have never been charged the full amount of the stay at the time of reservation, is that normal?
